Rehab

Part of treating the body as a whole includes focusing on the strength and functionality of your muscles. If a group of muscles is particularly weak, other areas of your body have to compensate, leading to imbalances and poor posture. This can cause subluxations of the spine. Strengthening the imbalanced areas around the spine can help prolong adjustments and help prevent subluxations!

What to Expect

During a rehab session, one of our rehab technicians will evaluate what muscles need prioritized. They will then guide you through various exercises targeting those muscles, being sure you keep proper form and posture.

Proper exercise is imperative to decrease the risk of injury and stress on the muscles. Our rehab techs spend time ensuring proper posture is being held and the correct muscle groups are being targeted. Each patient receives individualized care to evaluate what muscles need to be strengthened the most and a personalized exercise plan is formed.

Exercise, in conjunction with chiropractic care, helps strengthen weak muscles that may be causing misalignments, inhibiting certain movements, or putting unnecessary stress on your spine. Other benefits of exercise include better quality of sleep, better mental and emotional health, boosting your metabolism, and improving your overall quality of life.
