All exercise therapy sessions, if requested, are designed to teach you how to mobilize, stabilize, and strengthen the problematic area yourself. Exercise therapy can help hold your adjustments longer and correct the problem more efficiently.

we like to give you the time you need! Our first visits are typically 1.5 to 2 hours long. If you don't have the time, let us know and we can shorten our 1st visit.

Dr. Cameron VanDenBerg's story

Born and raised in Sandpoint, Dr. Cameron VanDenBerg grew up playing sports and started receiving chiropractic care at 11 years of age. For as long as dr. Cameron can remember, he always had a love for health and helping others, which inspired him to pursue the chiropractic profession. After obtaining his doctorate degree, he returned to Sandpoint to serve his hometown community. Today, he is the proud owner of Intermountain Wellness, formerly Intermountain Family Chiropractic, which he opened in 2019 (practicing since 2018), along with his spouse Rylie Anderson.

Dr. VanDenBerg is also certified by the International Board of Extremity Chiropractors, specializes in pediatric chiropractic care, and has worked on professional athletes. He is one of only six Gonstead chiropractors in the state of Idaho. Dr. Cameron and Rylie's mission is to give back to their hometown community by helping as many families as they can while providing a whole body approach to care!
